153. The power growing up through football

Good morning. Kids’ specialist, Tetchan coach.

The other day, freshmen played fights during practice.

As I have written before, the fight is OK.

Because fighting and learning can be obtained by doing fight.

But pitch (ground) is the place to play soccer.

So, fights are done outside the pitch.

There is a rule to go back again after making up.

Since the fight started on that day, when I tried to go,

Since two of the 5th graders were getting close to the fight of the fight,

I decided to see the situation from afar.

First of all, a fifth grader, T, took one of the first graders out of pitch and listens to the story.

Five-year grader H is listening to another child’s story in the pitch.

Little to do, Mr. H took the first year students out of the pitch and four people talks began.

After having talked for a few minutes, it seems I made a reconciliation,

Two of the first graders ran back to pitch with a smile and went back.

I did not prompt that fifth grader.

It was truly naturally arbitrating fight.

· I will listen separately.

· Discuss with each other.

· Reconcile.

Although it seems that it flushes smoothly,

Actually, it was a story that was impressed by a fifth grade who is doing amazing things naturally.

I wish you a happy day for you today.
