98. Third graders are mastering “how to convey admission without acknowledgment”. ( 360 degree feedback)

Good morning! Kids’ specialist, Tetchan coach.

Today I will tell you about advice glasses out of a cousin glasses / advice eyeglasses that I always do with Shirayuri.

We talked about the other day, but after the practice and the game all the members make rounds and have a meeting.

In addition to finding good points of people and telling them, you better like this! I will also give you advice and requests.

This is called 360 degree feedback.

Everyone gets opinions from anyone, and is an environment where you can say opinions to anyone.

Every grade is doing the ideal form that the team should aim for every time.

For example, with regard to playing ,,,

I’d like to have a pass for my friends who are dribbling!

Tell it at the meeting.

How to tell is important.

Which is easier to accept when either one is told?

Example 1)

A is always dribbling, so you will be defeated by the ball. I want you to give me more paths!

Example 2)

A is always very good at dribbling, so if you can see a friend and pass it will be better and you will be able to win!

Do not you hear the former as if you do not like dribbling?

The latter is easy to accept because it is a story since dribbling was accepted.

A little trick in this way of communicating is necessary even if you become an adult.

The best form is to sandwich advice and requests with compliments and appreciation.

① Praise · Approve · Thanks

② Advice / Request

③ Praise · Approve · Thanks

Please use it when you want to tell someone something.

In which scene do you use it?

I hope the day will be a day full of happiness for you.
