90. I learned in the Netherlands, accepting diversity

Good morning. Kids’ specialist, Tetchan coach.

Today is about “the mind accepting diversity”.

What did the 5th graders of Shirayuri learned in the Netherlands / Germany?

One of them,

I feel different culture and mentality from Japan.

And accept it.

It is cited.

There are really various people in the world.

Difference in nationality, body size, sex, temperament, way of thinking, LGBT, having a disability (personality), living environment ,,,

I do not have the same human being as one person.

The same is true for children of the soccer team.

A child with a fast foot, a child with a good kick, a child with a high communication skill, a child self-assertable, a gentle child ,,,

Not only physical features but also different personality, good playing is different, the characteristics of play are completely different.

When they come into society, I meet more people in various ways of thinking in the company and organization.

There are times when you will work with such people.

Even more globalization will accelerate.

Work across national borders with people from various countries.

Do not you think that it would be nice if you could look forward to such a future and learn human relationships with a soccer team?

In Shirayuri, I care about respecting my opponent team as well as my friends and respecting the referee.

There may be times when you speak ill of others against your friends. Fight is often fighting.

We will do our own strategy conference as well. Of course, the coach sometimes advances the story but basically it is starting on our own (selfishly). Among them, in what kind of strategy you go and who will go out to the game.

That is good.

Knowing that there is a different opinion from myself, think about how to agree with your opinion.

To assert self.

Accept others.

Accept different things.

In Japan, somehow together. Fit around. The exit pile is beaten.

Overseas, personality is valued.

Even in Japan of an island country, I dislike him, he says it will not fit him,

When I go to the world, more amazing people are familiar.

Japanese common sense does not work at all.

“Accept different things”

It might be the first step to becoming a global talent.

The Shirayuri children who went to the Netherlands / Germany should have felt binging in the skin irritation which can not be tasted in Japan.

Thanks to you, the number of children playing soccer with the shirayuri is increasing more and more.

Of course, classes are gathered by people who agree with the guiding principle according to the law calling friends.

But not everything together.

Because people with different ways of thinking and tastes are gathered, the allowable range expands.

Accepting self-assertion, understanding others, diversity through soccer.

Not only children, coaches and guardians are learning together.

~ Summary of today ~

  • Everyone is different.

  • I’m learning “relationships” about human relationship with the future in mind.

  • Through fighting and fighting, self-assertion, learning others understanding.

  • Foster a mind accepting diversity.

  • Children, coaches and guardians have both studied and grown up.

I wish you a whole day today that will be acceptable for you.
